Facebook Timeline Exposed!

It's a bit hard to get used to at first... but in the short amount of time I've played around with the new Facebook "timeline" profile, due to be officially released October 4th... I have to say...

...I like the changes. I might be one in a million... but I like 'em.

Sometimes change is good.

You have to change things up every-now-and-again... keeps it fresh. If you don't, sites like Google+ start to grab users from Facebook... Facebook loses revenue, etc etc. Facebook is simply trying to improve it's user experience so this doesn't happen.

Then again, big changes like this could cause Facebook to go the way of Myspace... and we all know what happened to Myspace.

It's all business... and its a gamble. Will it pay off? Probably. We'll have to watch and see.

New Video Schedule

Greetings!

It was a very hectic weekend at the house of Ryan.

Every time I tried to get "This Is News?!?" shot, someone stopped by or some other interference kept me from getting it filmed, edited, etc. Guess that's what I get for doing it on Saturday... busy busy Saturday. Needless to say, there was no video.

Thus, I've decided to shift my video schedule just a bit. I'm going to do my random vlog on Tuesdays and "TIN?!?" on Fridays. I think it will work out better that way. Plus I'll have my weekends free to... visit Wal Mart and the mall. Yeah... not much to do around here.

This was just a quick FYI for those curious... I'll do a proper blog later this evening.

I can't wait for "Beardvember"!!!

I was looking through my Blackberry photos and I came across some fun pictures from Beardvembers past.

I can't believe my former place of employment let me get away with it as long as they did!

My former boss pulled me in his office one day and told me to "shave that thing or we're going to stop putting you out on remotes". It was November... we weren't really doing much in the way of remotes anyway, but I thought I'd better listen for the sake of my income (remotes are a nice chunk of a DJs income).

That's how I knew I had an epic beard! Sure it didn't really fit in with the genre of radio I was on (a CHR station)... but still... I loved that thing! Maybe if I were a country DJ I would have been able to keep it.

I shaved it and felt so naked afterward. I had been growing that thing for several months!

Well, it's that time of year again... and I'm free to grow! On with the beard!

Super Earth... ooooh yeah!

They've discovered "Super Earth" in a solar system about 37 light years away. Sounds menacing. Perhaps one day we'll use "super rocket" to get there.

One of our cats is also menacing.
